Is this an ATS or a full hiring system?
No. Episteme Hire is a focused layer that sits before your ATS. It’s built to help you write and improve job ads, not manage pipelines, interviews or contracts. That’s on purpose – we want to make the content of your ads much better, then hand off to tools like Workable, Greenhouse, Lever or your existing system.
What happens to our job data?
During early access, we keep things simple: your job ads are used only to generate evaluations and suggestions for your team. For enterprise deployments, Episteme Hire can run on a dedicated Episteme Nexus API instance so that evaluations stay on infrastructure you control.
Can it help with CVs and candidate screening?
The first module focuses on job ads. The next planned module, ScreenAI, will analyse CVs and applications against the role and your job ad, to highlight strong fits and detect potential bias or mismatch in the screening process.

Episteme Hire is built by an AI systems engineer and integration consultant with experience in SAP, GCP and production-grade AI pipelines. The goal is simple: give real teams a practical, private AI layer for hiring – not yet another noisy, generic tool.
